This contest is implemented by Wolt Cyprus Limited (“Wolt”), with registration number HE 404490 and registered office at 26 Digeni Akrita Street, 1055 Nicosia, Cyprus, with the support of Visa Europe Limited (“Visa”), with registration number 05139966 and registered office at 1 Sheldon Square, London W2 6TT, United Kingdom. This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions. All individuals aged 18 years or over who reside in the Republic of Cyprus and who hold and use a Visa Card as a method of payment for orders placed through Wolt’s ordering platform (either through in-app or via webpage) during the Promotional Period, shall be eligible for entry into a draw, for the chance to win prizes (1 order (regardless of amount in Euro) = 1 participation). Holders of more than one Visa Card may participate in the promotion with all Visa cards for which these terms and conditions apply. *Payments via Apple or Google Pay - regardless of the card - are not going to be taken into consideration. Wolt may also require from a participant at any point during the Promotional Period to provide proof (in original or in copy form subject to Wolt’s discretion) that they are eligible to enter the competition and/or to receive the gift (e.g. identification card). Wolt reserves the right to request the validation of such documents or information provided or their participation in the promotion by providing additional information. Any individual who wishes to withdraw their participation from the competition may contact Wolt at marketing.cyprus@wolt.com. Wolt reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so by uploading a relevant announcement on its webpage or in-app and such decision shall be effective from the date of its publication online. It is hereby noted that employees or delivery partners of Wolt (or its holding or subsidiary companies), their families, agents or third party associated with administration of the draw are expressly disqualified from participating in the promotion and/or claiming the prize. The total value of gifts of this first competition amounts to €15,000 and consist of the following: Apple iPhone 15 Pro, Apple MacBook Pro 14", Sony PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Slim, and Smartwatch Garmin Venu 2. The purchase of the following goods do not form part of the promotion and are therefore considered ‘excluded’ from participation in the competition: including fuel, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, refill containers and tobacco props, products imitating these products, symbols related to the use of tobacco, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, refill containers; energy and telephone top-ups; infant nutrition products; alcohol and goods whose name, trademark, graphic shape or packaging uses similarity or is identical to the designation of an alcoholic beverage or another symbol objectively referring to an alcoholic drink; products for which a non-fiscal receipt is a confirmation of purchase, eg purchase of insurance, gift cards, lotto, Eurojackpot, cash withdrawals as part of the "Cashback" service. Furthermore, by way of law, purchases from stores that are dedicated to the sale of Excluded Products are excluded from the competition. The promotion shall take place between [01/07/2024] at [11:00] and [31/07/2024] at [23:59] (“Promotional Period”), however Wolt reserves the right to stop the promotion earlier, or change the applicable terms and conditions, without prejudice, at its discretion and for any reason. Entries (via payments made for orders placed on Wolt’s ordering platform) that are received after this time will not be considered valid. Wolt accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind and accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason. Wolt reserves the right to stop the promotion earlier, or change the applicable terms and conditions, without prejudice, at its discretion and for any reason. Upon the conclusion of the Promotional Period, a random draw shall be performed by a computer process whereby certain individuals will be chosen. Such individuals will have to answer correctly to a question that will be presented to them in order for them to be eligible to win the prize. The winners of the promotion will be notified by email or telephone by Wolt as soon as practicable, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry. If a winner does not respond to Wolt, or does not accept the gift, or is excluded from the promotion subject to the present terms and conditions, or does not receive the gift because of a cancellation of their participation or for failure to verify their identity towards Wolt until the indicated date, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Wolt will be entitled to select another runner-up winner during the already executed random draw in accordance with the process described above. It is clarified that Wolt may extend any of the aforesaid deadlines in their sole and absolute discretion without incurring any liability whatsoever vis a vis any third party. Subject to the receipt of relevant express consent from the winner, Wolt may publish their name on social media and/or the webpage and/or any other media it operates. Prizes are subject to availability, are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Wolt reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative price of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Wolt’s control makes it necessary to do so. The decision of Wolt Cyprus Limited regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Personal Data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Wolt’s Privacy Policy [link] and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Cyprus Law for the Protection of Natural Personal with regard to the processing of personal data and for the free movement of such data (Law 125(I)/2018). In so far as is permitted by applicable law, Wolt, its agents, employees and affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the District Court of Nicosia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim (either contractual or non-contractual) that arises directly or indirectly out of or in connection with these terms and conditions and/or the promotion in general.
