Yellow Bourbon from the farm Fazenda Rainha that is located at the borders of Minas Gerais ,and Red Bourbon & Caturra from Alta Mogiana from the upper part of region Mogiana which is supposed to be one of the best areas in the world that cultivate quality coffee.

Single Origin Colombia

Balanced cup with medium acidity, medium body and notes of cocoa and nuts. Huila is the area where this coffee grows, which is one of the 32 parts that Colombia is segregated, located in the southwest part of the country, at the Andina district. The size of agricultural plots that are exploited, is about half a hectare, significantly lower than the average size of the country s production. Most of the plantations are shaded and the variety is Caturra. Plants are cultivated at 1.700 mt.in a cool and fresh climate. The harvest is 80% from October to January and 20% from April to June .Because of the climate fruits ripen slowly and have time to completely absorb sugars and acids which are elements of the coffe-cherry pulp. All these features we can find in our cup. The processing is performed by the wet method and the fermentation time is about 32 hours.
