Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP “SICILIA”, which obtained in 2021 the “Monde Selection GOLD AWARD” is rich in polyphenols and made from olives grown on trees thatare older than a century. The olives are cold pressed within 6 hours of harvesting. The colour of the oil is deep green and has the fruity aroma of freshly picked olive, slightly herbaceous and a pleasant almond aftertaste. This oil is recommended raw to dress salads, sauces, mains, meat and seafood, cheese, cold cuts, pizza and for bread dip, however, it is also suitable for cooking and frying.
