A typical Tuscan salami produced according to the strict regulations of the Finocchiona IGP Consortium. Cured for 75 days. The selected Tuscan meat is seasoned with wild fennel black pepper and garlic. it is gentle on the palate appetizing and has a distinctive flavour due to the fennel seeds.
