It has an intense crimson-red colour with a complex and subtle, blackcurrant and plum followed by roasted coffee and cinnamon, cherry, morello cherry.
On the palate it opens into spicy liquorice and fruity aromas.
Mainly is maturing in concrete tanks between 12 and 15 months.
