Varietal: 100% Xinomavro
Vinification: Organic viticulture. Fermented in stainless steel tank and further ageing for 12
months in French oak barrels. The wine is bottled without any prior treatment and unfiltered.
Cellaring: 7-12 years from vintage
Best Served: 16-18 ºC
