A small family business with traditional Mongolian dumplings prepared by Mongolian chefs. Almost every world cuisine has its local version of dumplings. The Japanese have gyozu, the Chinese have their wotons, for Italy they are ravioli, the Germans have spaetzle and for the Mongols they are buuz (read buzz) or bansh (bensh). Buuz and bansh are dumplings made of fine wheat dough filled with a mixture of quality ground beef and pork, prepared by steaming, bansh are then roasted. As soon as you bite into them, you will be surprised by the amount of delicious meat juice that you know from our grandmothers' honest meat broths. Thanks to the traditional procedure and recipe, you can still taste real Mongolian dumplings, the preparation of which is passed down from generation to generation.
