Bageterie Boulevard x Wolt “Fandi s chutí” Terms & Conditions Introduction. By participating in the Bageterie Boulevard x Wolt “Fandi s chutí” Promotion (the “Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Organizer. The Contest is organized by Wolt Česko s.r.o. (the “Organizer”).The Prize is provided by Bageterie Boulevard CZ s.r.o., (the “Prize Provider”). The gift vouchers forming the prizes are issued by Premier Sport Tour, s.r.o., operating under the HokejTour brand (the “Voucher Issuer”). Eligibility. The Contest is open to natural persons who: a) are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; b) are residents of the Czech Republic; c) have a valid Wolt user account; and d) during the Contest Period place a qualifying order from participating Bageterie Boulevard venues via the Wolt App or Wolt website and complete the entry steps described in Section 5. Employees of the Organizer, the Prize Provider, their affiliates, and any persons directly involved in the organization or administration of the Contest are not eligible to participate. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Wolt App, only one valid entry per person, Wolt account, email address and phone number will be counted during the Contest Period. Campaign Duration. The Contest begins on 1.5. at 11:00 and ends on 31.5. at 23:59 (the “Contest Period”). How to Enter. To participate in the Contest, you need to: place an order via the Wolt App or Wolt website containing the designated Bageterie Boulevard promotional product(s) or menu(s) identified in the Wolt Service as qualifying for this Contest; and actively confirm your participation in the Contest by selecting the dedicated zero-value competition add-on displayed alongside the qualifying menu item in the Wolt App or on the Wolt website For the avoidance of doubt, placing a qualifying order alone is not sufficient to enter the Contest. Orders for which the participant does not complete the active opt-in step will not be entered into the draw. Cancelled, fraudulent, incomplete, refunded, or otherwise invalid orders may be excluded from the Contest at the Organizer’s discretion. Prize. The prize consists of: 2× gift vouchers, each in the value of CZK 8,000 (total prize value: CZK 16,000), redeemable against any sports travel package selected at the sole discretion of the winner, issued by the Voucher Issuer and redeemable in accordance with the Voucher Issuer’s terms and conditions. Selecting the Winner. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period on 2 June 2026. Each winner will be notified by e-mail and phone, using the contact details registered with Wolt, within 30 days of the draw. If a selected winner cannot be reached, refuses the Prize, fails to respond within 5 business days of first contact, or fails to satisfy these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer may select a replacement winner by the same method. How to Redeem the Prizes. After the draw and verification of eligibility, the Organizer will notify the winners and provide the necessary contact details of each winner to the Prize Provider solely for the purpose of handing over the Prize. The Prize Provider will then contact each winner and hand over the voucher together with basic instructions for its use. Redemption and use of the voucher are governed by the Voucher Issuer’s own terms and conditions. The Organizer is not the provider of any services redeemed using the voucher and is not a party to any contract concluded between the winner and the Voucher Issuer, except to the extent required by mandatory law. General Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, or any part of it, at any time if necessary due to legal, technical, operational, or other justified reasons. The Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who does not fulfill the eligibility criteria, acts fraudulently, abuses the Contest mechanism, or otherwise acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Non-Affiliation. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), any national sports federation, any tournament organizer, or any ticketing provider. Any references in promotional materials to the tournament location in 2027 are descriptive only and do not imply official sponsorship, official affiliation, or that the Prize includes admission tickets, official hospitality, official packages, or guaranteed attendance at any sports event. The Organizer is responsible only for the administration of the Contest, including collecting entries, conducting the draw, notifying the winners, and transmitting the winners’ contact details to the Prize Provider for the purpose of handing over the Prize. The Prize Provider is solely responsible for making the Prize available and handing it over to the winners. The Voucher Issuer is solely responsible for the terms and conditions governing the use of the voucher and any services obtained through the voucher. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for the availability, content, validity, redemption, or performance of the Prize or of any services obtained through the voucher. Privacy. The Organizer will process personal data necessary for the administration of the Contest, including verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, contacting the winners, and arranging handover of the Prize. The winners’ personal data, in the scope necessary for prize handover, in particular name, e-mail address and phone number, will be shared with the Prize Provider for the purpose of contacting the winners and handing over the Prize. If a winner subsequently redeems the voucher with the Voucher Issuer, personal data will be processed by the Voucher Issuer separately in accordance with its own privacy terms. By actively entering the Contest, the participant acknowledges such processing for Contest administration purposes. The processing of personal data by the Organizer is governed by Wolt’s privacy statement available on wolt.com. Governing Law. This Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
