Shredded Jackfruit is a real treat for vegetarian/vegan fans. We marinated it in our Fajita marinade, which gives it a fresh taste and is wonderfully juicy. Try this fruity NO-meat jerky! The base is shredded veggie Jackfruit, iceberg lettuce, Pico de gallo tomato mixture and corn mixture. You can also choose from jalapeño peppers, cheese, fresh cilantro and pickled onions.
