We work with grapes from several subregions of South Moravia, including Mikulov (Pálava) and Slovácko (Strážnice). We are currently featuring white wines from Pálava, a region with limestone soils and significant daily temperature fluctuations, which give the wines precision, structure, and clarity. In the cellar, we keep intervention to a minimum and do not use any added chemicals. Our goal is to capture the essence in the bottle—the character of the terroir and the work in the vineyard—without unnecessary modifications.

We are focused on Bio, Biodynamic, Natural and Vegan wines. Also chocolate and coffee from local small farmers in Mexico who preserve jungles. This project is against monoculture, and déforestation.
