Angus

Sliced Angus beef, white onion, spring onion, olives, and Argentinian spices. We had to go find this empanada’s magical ingredient on czech farms ourselves! Trust us when we say we look very cute in overalls. Try them with a few lemon drops right after your first bite.

Arrabalera

Grilled chicken, caramelized onion, gorgonzola and Philadelphia cheese. This empanada should have its own porn section. Nothing will feel like an Arrabalera in your mouth. Bite it and lick it until you find the core. The best part? You can eat it without protection.

Pollo

Chicken cooked in milk with aromatic herbs, onion, paprika, capers, and Argentine spices. This recipe is heavily inspired by my grandma's soup recipe. It was very good. So very good that we just HAD to make an empanada with it. What, you don’t think soup makes for a nice filling? Try it and tell me. Warning: very juicy!

Jamon y Queso

Ham, green onion, olive oil, gouda Philadelphia cheese! You would think that a ham and cheese empanada should be pretty straightforward. But it took us 2 years to come up with the right combination of ingredients to make this one our more simple -and perfect- empanada.

Achalay
