Chocolate Hazelnut Biscotti

Our crunchy chocolate hazelnut biscotti with pieces of the finest Belgian dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts are a real treat. Made by hand and with lots of love, they are based on a recipe from Cynthia Barcomi's "I Love Baking" baking book. The biscotti come in a reusable, clear container with a stylish Barcomi's label. The container is 10 cm high and has a diameter of 10 cm and can be closed with a beautiful aluminum lid. The espresso served as our café’s standard. It also comes through nicely if you like your espresso with a lot of milk. DESCRIPTION A South American coffee that grows very high, which is why it’s classified as SHG: “Strictly High Grown,” with an altitude of up to 1,600 meters. The coffee comes from the districts of Matagalpa and Jinotega, where the Fincas San Ramon and San Jose are located. Very strong due to the Italian roast. The blend consists of Nicaragua (El Capitan), India Parchment AB (Kaima Kadoo), and Brazil Alfenas (Mundo Novo). This espresso is made up of 82% Arabica beans and 18% Robusta “India Parchment” beans.
