This is balanced out with our favourite Colombian coffee, El Carmen. The result is a well rounded cup, with notes of dark chocolate, shortbread and berry jam.

El Carmen Decaf

250g ROASTED COFFEE 100% ARABICA TASTE NOTES: HONEYCOMB | PEAR | PLUM COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: COLOMBIA PRODUCER: RED ASSOCIATIONS | REGION: PITALITO, DEPARTAMENTO HUILA | VARIETAL: CATURRA & CASTILLO | PROCESS: WASHED SUGARCANE After the success of our last Sugarcane Decaf, we are excited to be able to work with the decaffeinated version of our long standing coffee, El Carmen. This particular coffee comes from Pitalito, Huila in Colombia, and is decaffeinated using a method that soaks the green beans in a solvent produced by fermented sugarcane. We are again amazed by how incredibly clean, sweet and complex this Decaf coffee is, and we are excited to continue our work with the El Carmen association.

Gogogu

250 g roasted coffee 100% ARABICA FLAVOURS: MILK CHOCOLATE | BROWN SUGAR | NECTARINE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: ETHIOPIA | REGION: URAGA, EAST GUJI | VARIETY: KURUME | PROCESS: NATURAL | PRODUCER: LOCAL SMALLHOLDERS We are finally introducing a new variety to replace the tried and tested Sasaba coffee. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed a replacement, at least for this season, and we couldn't be happier with what we've found! Gogogu is a wonderfully deep and complex natural coffee from the Uraga region of East Guji, where growers prioritise quality over quantity. The coffee cherries are delivered to one of the washing stations of our closest partner Tesfaye Bekele, where they are sorted and dried on African raised beds. The result is a balanced but luxurious cup profile with smooth chocolate notes and delicate stone fruit acidity, combined with a syrupy mouthfeel, perfect for espresso or filter.

Bonanza coffee doesn’t have to taste that way. But it does. It’s not your typical. It's unnecessarily good.Maybe that's because we're unnecessarily driven.Unnecessarily curious. Unnecessarily obsessed. You could say we take things too far. And you’d actually be right. We go places that others wouldn’t. For us, “too far” is exactly where we want to be. All in the name of coffee.
