our pizza (Ø approx. 33 cm) is baked in a stone oven, for our homemade sauce we only use the most selected, sun-ripened tomatoes from southern Italy. Instead of mozzarella, we use “Wilmersburger Pizzaschmelz”, a pizza topping made from vegetable oil
