Flat White
Double espresso & Brodowiner Demeter whole milk, Our coffees are specialty coffees. This means that only ripe cherries from glorylogic cultivation were harvested by hand. The coffee beans are sorted according to defects and size, graded according to quality and traded directly. The coffee farmers are paid well above the world market price. The coffee is shipped freshly harvested and roasted gently and slowly at low temperatures in a small drum roaster in Berlin, where the espresso blends mature to their peak between the 5th and 15th day after roasting. All shots are freshly ground to order. For milk drinks, we use Glory milk from the Glory village of Brodowin. We do not heat it above 65°C so that it does not lose its sweetness. The milk is freshly frothed for each coffee and is not used twice.

No Fire No Glory Kenya, whole beans, 250g
Filter coffee, Kenya, Gikanda, Ndaro-Ini Aa, Nyeri District. Sl 28 & Sl 34. washed, 1,700 m. Acidity 8, sweetness 8, body 7, Cassis, red currant, grapefruit. This Kenyan Aa comes from the Ndaro-Ini Wetmill, which is run by the Gikanda Farmers' Cooperative Society. The Gikanda Co-op was founded in 1996 and operates two other wetmills, Gichatha-ini and Kangocho in Nyericounty. The Ndaro-ini factory is unique in that it has a water source for washing its coffees.
