From Hanoi in 1999 I embarked on the greatest journey of my life. I flew from Vietnam to Germany. In East Frisia I was welcomed with open arms, so that today I call Germany my home. But one thing has always been missing: Bánh Mì - the “lunch” from my school days. Overall, I missed the healthy and high quality food you can get on the roadside in Vietnam.
