Buntu Ledo coffee
Single origin filter. In Buntu Ledo, coffee growers are increasingly forming collectives, and these in turn are setting up cooperatives. The ripe red cherries are picked by hand in the morning and peeled manually in the afternoon.
After 48-72 hours of fermentation, the coffee beans are dried on bamboo. Only then are the raw beans created, which we roast into this silky filter coffee with the sweetness of raisins and the fruit of tangerines.
