When is Wolt open? What does a delivery actually cost? The questions can be many and here we answer some of the most common! 💙

Wolt’s a startup from Finland that was founded back in 2014 with its headquarters in Helsinki. We’re now launching in Germany but have since the beginning traveled to more than 23 countries in our quest to spread food and joy around the world. We love to discover great food and all restaurants are carefully selected and curated to give you as large and varied selection as possible. It's very important to us that you have a great experience when using Wolt and our awarded app. Below we’ve gathered some of the most commonly asked questions and their answers in order to make you an expert of Wolt! ⭐ 💬 When is Wolt open? Opening hours can vary between restaurants but you can see each restaurant's opening hours by pressing “More info” when you're visiting a restaurant in the app! You may also choose to make an order up to a week in advance by scheduling it for later! 🥡 💬 What’s the delivery fee? The price for a delivery is determined by the respective restaurant itself. You can see the amount of the delivery fee on the restaurant page as info in the display image or under the item "More info". 💬 Can you leave my order at the door? Your order will automatically be left at your door unless you choose otherwise. Follow the order in the app and get the food at the door once you're notified that the order has been delivered. 💬 Which payment methods can I use? Currently you can use your credit card, debit card, Paypal, Google Pay (Android) or Apple Pay (iOS) to pay at Wolt. We are currently working on integrating further payment methods. Since recently you're also able to pay with cash at selected venues. (Excluding the following venues in Troisdorf und Siegburg: Imbiss zum Griechen.) 💬 How do I update my delivery address? It’s important to make sure that your address and the instructions you’ve given us are correct and up to date. These help our courier when making the delivery. You can have multiple addresses and here’s how to go about it when changing them! - Go to your profile - Press “My Addresses” under your settings - Add a new address or choose the one you’d like to use - Write clear instructions and add relevant information in the field “Delivery Instructions” - Press “Done” 💬 What the smallest basket value? The minimum order value for each delivery is determined by each restaurant itself. You can see the amount of the delivery fee on the restaurant page as an info in the display picture or under the item "More info". Of course you can order for less than that but you then need to pay the difference so we recommend you to add an extra item instead! 💙 💬 How to I use a voucher code? A code can be activated in two ways! 💰 - Go to the bottom of the “Discovery”-page and press “Redeem code” - Press the “Profile”-icon and select “Enter promo code”. Then you just have to enter the code and press “Submit” 💬 What´s a referral code? A referral code is your own code that you share with your friends that are new to Wolt in order to grant you both free credits to use at Wolt. Go to your profile and press “Earn Wolt credits”. Here you can see and share your code! Your friend will receive 3x €5 in Wolt-credits to use at his or her first three delivery orders. When he or she has made their three orders your account will be automatically credited 3x €5 to use for ordering food. The more friends you invite, the more credits you’re likely to get! 💪 💬 Can Wolt deliver to a park or a place without an exact address? Yes we can, just follow these short steps: 1. Choose what you're in the mood for, go to the checkout and choose “Wolt delivery” 2. Press “Choose a delivery address” and “choose another address” from the scroll down menu 3. Press “Add new address” and “Use a map to do this instead” 4.
