Wolt Market campaign consumer rules

A consumer campaign will take place on the Wolt platform from 15.03.2026 to 22.03.2026, organized by Wolt Services Eesti OÜ, registry code: 16309998, located at Maakri 23a, 10145 Tallinn. Email: kristi.jakobson@wolt.com (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer). The rules of the campaign are set by the Organizer in these terms. All decisions made by the Organizer regarding the campaign are final and binding for all participants. Participation Terms: 3.1 To participate and be eligible for a prize, a customer must make at least one from any Wolt Market store on the Wolt platform during the campaign period. 3.2 There is no limit to the number of entries per participant — each separate order counts as one entry. 3.3 All users who have made at least one order from Wolt Market by 22.03.2026 (inclusive) will be entered into the campaign. 3.4 By placing an order during the campaign period, participants accept these terms and are automatically entered into the campaign. 3.5 Employees of Wolt Eesti and Wolt Services Eesti are not eligible to participate. Participating stores can be found here: https://wolt.com/en/discovery/wm_tln_trt One grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible participants. The prize is 5 x 100€ credit. For use in Wolt Market grocery stores on the Wolt platform. The credit will be transferred to the winner’s Wolt user account. The winner will be drawn no later than 01.04.2026, and contacted by Wolt Market within 5 working days using the contact information linked to their Wolt account. The winner’s initials will be published under this post after the campaign ends. If the winner cannot be reached within 10 working days, they forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn. The prize cannot be exchanged for another prize or for cash. A winner may decline the prize by notifying the Organizer in writing, in which case a new winner will be drawn. Personal data collected for the campaign will be retained for up to three months after the prize draw. All rights under applicable data protection laws are respected in accordance with Wolt’s Privacy Policy. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally change the campaign terms or cancel the campaign by notifying participants via social media. All disputes related to the campaign will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any taxes related to the prize will be paid by the Organizer.
