Väga kompleksne oksüdeeritud stiilis kuiv orange-vein, mis on valmistatud vanade meetodite järgi Airen-sordi viinamarjadest, mis muuseas on korjatud 150-aastastelt pookimata viinapuudelt! Liiva- ja lubjakivist pinnasega viinamarjaistanduse kasvatatakse marju biodünaamilisel meetodil, ilma kemikaale ja pestitsiide kasutamata. Viinamarjad korjatakse käsitsi. Veinivalmistamine hõlmab pikka leotamist kestadel terasmahutites 150 päeva jooksul, spontaanset alkohoolset ja malolaktilist kääritamist. Seejärel laagerdub vein 7-8 kuud vanades tammevaatides. Stabiliseerimine toimub loomulikult, filtreerimist ei teostata. Vääveldioksiidi ei lisata üheski veinivalmistamise etapis. Vein säilib suurepäraselt 6-10 aastat.

a very complex white (orange) dry wine in an oxidizing style, made according to ancient craft methods from Airen grapes harvested from 150-year-old prefilloxer vines. A vineyard with soil made of sand and limestone is cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, without the use of chemicals and pesticides. The grapes are harvested by hand, separated from the ridges and pressed. Vinification includes long maceration on the skin in steel tanks for 152 days, spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Then the wine is aged 7-8 months in old oak barrels under a film of "fleur" in old barriques. Stabilization takes place naturally, filtering is not performed. No sulfur dioxide is added during the entire winemaking process. The wine can be perfectly stored for 6-10 years.
