Order Subway Wrap bag delivered and win festival tickets

Campaign terms and conditions:

1. Organiser and Partner The lottery is organised by Wolt Enterprises Oy, Arkadiankatu 6, 00100 Helsinki (hereinafter “Wolt” or “Organiser”). The campaign prices are provided by Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust BV (hereinafter “Subway”). Subway is responsible for delivering the festival tickets of Ruisrock to the winners and Coca-Cola is responsible for delivering the festival tickets of Weekend to the winner. 2. Eligibility All adults living in Finland can participate in the draw. However, the Organiser's employees do not have the right to participate. The organiser has the right to disregard any participation in the lottery that has not been made in accordance with these rules without prior notice. By participating in the raffle, you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions made by the Organiser based on them. 3. Time of participation You can participate in the draw during 6.-19.6.2022. 4. Participation You can enter the raffle by ordering a Subway Wrap Bag delivered on Wolt from any Subway restaurant taking part in the campaign and by selecting the festivals you want to win tickets to. One Wrap bag is one ticket. The same person can participate more than once. 5. Prizes One person can win only one prize. There are a total of eight winners in the draw. The prize cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be converted into cash. The following prizes will be drawn among the participants: 3x Weekend festival tickets for two 3-day festival tickets, 1.–3.7.2022 The value of one prize is €398 5x Ruisrock Plus festival tickets for two 3-day festival tickets, 8.–10.7.2022 The value of one prize is €620 Ruisrock Plus ticket (age limit 18) grants the right to access the festival and its VIP areas. The package also contains separate restaurant and bar services reserved for VIP guests and flush toilets. When you buy a Plus ticket, you are given a personal festival pass and wristband that allows you to go outside of the festival area during the day and use a separate entrance lane at the main gate. The Ruisrock Plus ticket does not include water bus transportation. Ruisrock plus tickets don’t include food or drinks. 6. Lottery Prizes will be drawn on 20.6.2022. Wolt will host the raffle, draw the winners and personally contact the winners via the Wolt Customer Service Chat within 1 day of the raffle. If the winner is not reached within 4 days of the draw, Wolt will draw a new winner. If a new winner is not reached within 4 days of the draw, the prize will no longer be awarded and a new winner will not be drawn. Delivery of the prizes to the winners are agreed separately. The Organiser will pay the lottery tax of the prizes. 7. Responsibility of the Organiser The recipient of the prize will release the Organiser and the partners of the lottery from liability for any injury or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by their participation in this lottery. Under no circumstances may the responsibility of the organiser for the participants exceed the value of the prizes mentioned in these rules. The foregoing is without prejudice to any liability which may not be excluded or limited by applicable mandatory law. 8. Changes and Interpretation of the Rules The organiser reserves the right to change the rules if necessary. The organiser may also correct or change the rules to correct any errors during the participation period. Any ambiguities related to the application and interpretation of the lottery rules will be resolved by the Organiser.
