We know that shopping for electronics and clothing doesn’t always go perfectly the first time—so we’ve made it easier. Return your order for free in just a few taps, and we’ll pick it up directly from your doorstep. Choose a time that works for you and track every step in the app, from pickup to refund. The new feature is currently being piloted for returns of sports and clothing purchases made from Intersport Forum. The service is set to expand to new retail locations over the summer. We now offer free 14-day returns.* Start your return: 1. Start Open Wolt on your device. Go to your account / profile view and select “Orders and Returns”. Tap on the relevant order, and select ‘Return Item’ to begin. 2. Select what you’re returning Select the item(s), tell us why you're returning them, and choose your preferred refund method. 3. Schedule a pickup time Pick a time that works for you. A Wolt courier will come to your door to collect the item. 4. Track your refund Follow your return in real time and get notified when your refund is on the way. *Return eligibility depends on the item and store. To be eligible, items need to be in their original, unused condition: unworn, with tags still attached, and all packaging and accessories included. We offer 14-day returns.
