Pho is the first thing you seek upon landing in Vietnam. It's national dish of Vietnamese cuisine. Vietnamese noodle soup made from beef bones, ginger, onions, and lots of aromatic spices (star anise, whole cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, and coriander seeds) Pho soup includes Beef broth (more than 10 hours cooking) and rice noodle, onions, coriander and Chicken.
