Now you can order from restaurants that do their own deliveries.
From now on, you can find restaurants on Wolt that deliver food to your doorstep by themselves. The first ones are already delivering and more restaurants are coming! Ordering from these restaurants works in the same way as from other venues, only with a few minor differences. We have gathered all the information you need below:
You recognize the restaurants that deliver orders from a note ‘Limited delivery tracking only’ when you open the restaurant on Wolt. You can read more on the app by tapping the exclamation mark next to the note.
When you have placed your order, you’ll receive a delivery time estimate. You’ll get a notification once the order is on its way, but it’s good to note that you won’t be able to see live tracking on a map.
If you have any questions regarding your order or the delivery is late, you can easily call the restaurant by clicking a call icon in the order tracking view.
