By participating in the Wolt+ Weeks draw (the “Competition”), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and Wolt’s Terms of Service, available at https://explore.wolt.com/fi/fin/terms. 2. Organiser. The Competition is organised by Wolt Oy, a company registered under Finnish law, with business ID 2646674-9 and its registered office at Pohjoinen Rautatiekatu 21, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. 3. Eligibility. The Competition is open to users with an active Wolt+ subscription in Finland. 4. Campaign Duration. The campaign period begins on 17 September 2026 at 00:00 and ends on 7 October 2026 at 23:59 (the “Competition Period”). The Competition Period is divided into three separate weekly competition periods (each a “Weekly Draw”): Weekly Draw 1: 17 September 2026 at 00:00 – 23 September 2026 at 23:59 Weekly Draw 2: 24 September 2026 at 00:00 – 30 September 2026 at 23:59 Weekly Draw 3: 1 October 2026 at 00:00 – 7 October 2026 at 23:59 5. How to Enter. To enter the Competition, you must: Enter the discount code W+V26 in the “Use code” section at checkout, then place and successfully complete at least one eligible Wolt+ order through the Wolt app during the relevant Weekly Draw. Each eligible order counts only towards the Weekly Draw during which the order was successfully completed. To participate in all three Weekly Draws, you must place at least one eligible order during each Weekly Draw. 6. Prizes. €50 off each eligible grocery order placed with grocery stores available in Finland in the “Grocery” section of the Wolt app or website for one (1) year (365 days), up to a total value of €5,000 (the “Prize”). A minimum order amount applies and is stated in each grocery partner’s menu. 7. Winner Selection. Three (3) winners will be selected, with one (1) winner per Weekly Draw. Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period by 14 October 2026. Each winner will be notified by email and telephone using the contact details registered on their Wolt account within 30 days of the draw. Each winner will receive one (1) Prize. 8. Prize Redemption. Each winner will receive one (1) Prize, entitling them to a discount of up to €50 on each eligible grocery order. The Prize applies only to the total cost of products in orders placed through the Wolt app, excluding restricted products, service fees, delivery fees, tips, donations and any other applicable charges, for one (1) year (365 days) from the Prize activation date. The discount is valid only on orders placed with grocery stores available in Finland in the “Grocery” section of the Wolt app or website and applies until either (i) the total value of discounts granted reaches €5,000 or (ii) the 365-day validity period expires, whichever occurs first. The discount may only be used for eligible grocery products and cannot be used to purchase age-restricted products, gift cards or other products prohibited or restricted under applicable law or Wolt policies; such products are excluded from the discount. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or redeemed in any other form. The Prize may be subject to taxes, charges and/or reporting obligations under applicable law. The winner is responsible for such taxes, charges and costs, except to the extent that mandatory law requires Wolt (the local Wolt entity organising the Competition in the winner’s country of registration) to report and/or pay amounts related to the awarding of the Prize. Where required by law, Wolt may request information and documents reasonably necessary to fulfil tax and reporting obligations (including tax identification details). The winner agrees to cooperate with Wolt to facilitate compliance with these obligations. 9. General Terms. Wolt reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Competition or any part of it at any time by notifying participants in writing. Wolt reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or whom Wolt finds to be tampering with the operation of the Competition or acting in a disruptive manner in breach of these terms and conditions. 10.
