Dishes (stews) from 1 - 5 are served with traditional Injera (L,G) - a sour fermented pancake-like flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, made of teff & sorgum or Teff&Kvinoa flour. recomended)
Possible to swap with rice or flat bread.

Dish no.5 (Free sampler) is highly recomended with Injera.

Key ingredients used in making stews (and can`t be removed) in every dish: Vegetable oil/ olive oil, Onions, garlic, ginger.
