Semi-Sparkling Wine, Extra Brut.
Jujuna wine isn’t exactly still and not quite sparkling either.
Its characteristic acidity is an inevitable byproduct of being made from early-harvest rkatsiteli and mtsvane grapes. and the light bubbles? they come into being through secondary fermentation.
The humble 11% alcohol volume is not to be trusted. ;)
Distinct notes of yellow berries and green apples are hard to miss, making Jujuna exceptionally fresh, breezy and zippy.
