❗️Important Information About Your Order • Placing an order on the platform constitutes a distance sales agreement and creates a payment obligation. • Purchased items can be returned within 14 calendar days at the customer’s expense, to the same store from which the order was delivered. Items must be unused and undamaged. • Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after submission of the return form and return of the item. • The customer must confirm their consent for personal data to be shared with partner companies for the purpose of order fulfillment. • Delivery of electronics and furniture is carried out within 3 working days after placing the order. • Minimum order value: 200 GEL. In case of a defect, please contact the appropriate service center. • Non-returnable items include: perishable goods, opened hermetically sealed items, unsealed software or media products.
