❗️Important Information About Your Order • Placing an order on the platform constitutes a distance sales agreement and creates a payment obligation. • Purchased items can be returned within 14 calendar days at the customer’s expense, to the same store from which the order was delivered. Items must be unused and undamaged. • Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after submission of the return form and return of the item. • The customer must confirm their consent for personal data to be shared with partner companies for the purpose of order fulfillment. • Delivery of electronics and furniture is carried out within 3 working days after placing the order. • Minimum order value: 50 GEL. Delivery charges depend on the delivery address. • For each additional floor, a manual carry-up fee of 10 GEL applies, payable in cash to the courier. • If installation service is desired, the customer must check the corresponding box on the platform. Installation fees are shown on the product page. • Please provide an alternative contact number in the order comments section. • Electronics and furniture come with a 2-year legal warranty. In case of a defect, please contact the appropriate service center. • Non-returnable items include: perishable goods, opened hermetically sealed items, unsealed software or media products.
