1. Organizer – Subject of the Contest The organizer of the contest (hereinafter the "Contest") is Wolt (hereinafter the "Organizer"). The Contest is conducted within the Wolt application (hereinafter the "App") in collaboration with the store AMMA ROSES. By participating, users declare that they have read, understood, and unreservedly accept these Terms & Conditions. 2. Right to Participate – Restrictions Eligible to participate are natural persons who: Are over 18 years of age. Maintain an active account on the App. Place a valid order in accordance with Section 4. The delivery address of the order is located exclusively within Athens (as reflected in the App’s system). Employees of the Organizer and/or AMMA ROSES and/or their affiliated companies, as well as their first-degree relatives, are excluded from participation. 3. Duration of the Contest The Contest will run from 06/02 to 12/02, until 23:59 (Greece time). Draw Date: 13/02. Entries submitted outside of this time period will not be considered. 4. How to Participate To participate in the Contest, a user must place at least one (1) order from any store through the App during the Contest period, with delivery exclusively in Athens. A "valid order" is defined as an order that: Has been successfully completed (without cancellation and/or refund). Has been confirmed by the App’s system. Has a declared delivery address within Athens. Each valid order corresponds to one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple valid orders correspond to an equivalent number of entries. 5. Prizes – Number of Winners A total of two (2) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive a gift worth €500 from AMMA ROSES (hereinafter the "Prize"). The Prize is personal, non-exchangeable for cash, non-assignable, and non-transferable to third parties. Any additional terms for redeeming/using the Prize (e.g., validity period, method of use, product/service restrictions) will be communicated to the winners upon notification. 6. Draw Procedure – Selection of Winners & Runners-up The draw will take place on 13/02 via random selection among all valid entries collected in accordance with these terms. Two (2) winners and two (2) runners-up will be selected. Runners-up will be called in order of selection if a winner fails to respond or does not meet the eligibility criteria. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries resulting from technical violations, fraud, or abusive behavior. 7. Winner Notification – Acceptance & Receipt of Prize Winners will be notified via a personal message within the App. Winners must respond within 72 hours of the message being sent, providing the necessary details for the allocation/delivery/activation of the Prize. If a winner does not respond within the aforementioned deadline or does not meet the terms, the Organizer may award the Prize to the first runner-up and, if necessary, the second runner-up. 8. Personal Data For the purposes of conducting the Contest, the Organizer will process the strictly necessary personal data of the participants/winners (indicatively: App account details, order details, contact details available through the App). The data will be used exclusively for: Conducting the draw. Communicating with winners/runners-up. Awarding the Prize. Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Wolt's Privacy Policy, as currently in effect and available within the App/on the Wolt website. 9. Disclaimer – Technical Issues The Organizer bears no responsibility for delays or inability to participate due to technical problems with networks, devices, providers, or the App. The Organizer is not liable for force majeure events that make the conduct of the Contest impossible or extremely difficult. 10. Modification of Terms – Cancellation of Contest The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and/or postpone/cancel/abort the Contest for a valid reason, providing notification via the App. In the event of a modification, the updated terms will apply as posted/communicated within the App. 11. Governing Law – Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction over the resolution of any dispute, unless otherwise provided by law. 12.
