Terms of Participation 1. The limited liability company with the name "Wolt Technologies Hellas Food Services" and the distinctive title "Wolt", which has its registered office at 80 Michalakopoulou 80, 11528, Athens, with A.F.M. 801047822, D.O. Y FAEE ATHENS, e-mail contact: marketing.greece@wolt.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter", is organizing a competition on the internet, on its website www.wolt.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition"), in accordance with the following terms and conditions of participation, all of which are agreed to be material. 2. Name, Prize & Duration of the Competition Name of the Competition. Competition Prize: Samsung S24 Ultra Contest entry date: 16/12/2024 Competition End Date: 21/12/2024 3. **Eligibility to Participate**: Users wishing to participate in the Contest must place an online order for products through the Organizer's website, www.wolt.com, or the corresponding mobile application (via debit/credit card, PayPal, etc.) from partner stores. Participation requires acceptance of these terms, expressed by stating: "I accept the Contest terms and consent to the processing of my personal data" on the Organizer's website. 4. Eligible Participants: All users of the website www.wolt.com or the corresponding mobile app residing in Greece, aged 14 and above, and with full legal capacity, are eligible to participate. Excluded are individuals without legal capacity, employees of the Organizer and its affiliates, as well as their spouses and relatives by blood or marriage up to the second degree. Any participation by these individuals in violation of this clause is automatically invalid. The Organizer may, at any stage of the Contest, request identification and documents verifying the participant’s eligibility. 5. Invalid Participation Applications: Applications submitted by individuals not eligible or prohibited from participating as per paragraph 2 will not be considered and will be excluded from the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant not complying with these terms at any stage of the Contest. 6. **Participation Process**: Users will participate in the Contest by placing orders via the website www.wolt.com or the mobile app during the Contest period. Each successfully completed order corresponds to one entry in the prize draw. Users may place multiple orders, gaining additional entries into the draw. Participation is strictly personal and cannot be transferred or made through a representative. 7. Additional Participation Terms: (a) Participation requires full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and confirmation that participants are over 14 years old with full legal capacity. (b) Participants must access the internet with their own technical means. The Organizer is not responsible for providing internet access or related assistance. 8. Prize Draw: Winners will be selected via electronic draw, conducted in the presence of an Organizer representative, using a random selection program ensuring fairness and no human intervention. Substitute winners will also be drawn in case main winners cannot be reached or decline the prize. 9. Prize: The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for another item or cash. It cannot be assigned to relatives or third parties. 10. Prize Responsibility: The Organizer is not liable for direct or indirect damages or expenses resulting from legal or physical defects or delays in prize delivery. Once the prize is delivered intact and the recipient signs for it, no further claims can be made against the Organizer. 11. Notification of Results: Winners will be notified via email. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 business days or their participation is invalid, the substitute winner will be contacted. The Organizer bears no responsibility for errors in contact information provided by participants. 12. **Prize Delivery**: The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner, at the Organizer's expense. Winners must present valid ID or other official documents to verify their identity and age upon receiving the prize. 13. **Organizer Liability**: - The Organizer is not liable if participants provide false age information. - The Organizer is relieved of the obligation to deliver prizes if participants fail to comply with these terms. - The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues affecting the Contest. - If any deadlines are missed, the prize is forfeited, and the Organizer may decide on its disposition. In case a winner does not respond or comply with these terms, they forfeit their prize automatically. ### Translation: Terms and Conditions of Participation (Part 2) 14. **Amendments to Terms / Contest Cancellation** The Organizer reserves the right, unilaterally, without prior notice, and at its discretion, to modify, revoke, extend, or shorten the duration of the contest, change the prize offered, and alter the terms and dates of participation, or even cancel the contest, by announcing the changes on the website www.wolt.com. In such cases, the Organizer bears no liability towards participants or any third party. In the event of contest cancellation, participants do not acquire any rights against the Organizer and are not entitled to request continuation of the contest or compensation. 15. **Publicity and Intellectual Property Rights** The Organizer reserves the right to promote any event related to the contest, such as the prize award ceremony, etc. For this purpose, winners, by participating in the contest, expressly and unconditionally consent to the use of their email address for contest purposes, as well as to the use of their voice recordings or public announcements of their name and statements (via radio, television, internet, or other public media) by the Organizer for one (1) year after prize receipt, without prior consultation, additional consent, or financial compensation. 16. **Trademarks, etc.** Participants do not and will not acquire any rights to the trademarks, names, indications, advertising slogans, emblems, or other distinctive features of the Organizer. 17. **Personal Data Processing** **A. Purpose of Data Processing:** The Organizer will process participants' personal data to conduct the draw, communicate with participants and winners before, during, and after the contest, deliver the prize, confirm the participants' age and identity, ensure compliance with the contest terms, and announce winners via the methods described in these terms. **B. Categories of Personal Data Processed:** For all participants: - Email, phone number, order history. For winners: - Address, identity details. **C. Data Access:** Winner data will be shared with courier companies as necessary for prize delivery. Winner names will also be published as per clause 8. **D. Legal Basis for Processing:** Data processing is based on participants' consent, obtained upon placing an order through Wolt Market. Details on terms are available on www.wolt.com or the mobile app. Publicity and promotional activities involving winners' data are based on the Organizer's legitimate interest in promoting its activities through the contest. **E. Right to Withdraw Consent:** Participants may withdraw their consent at any time by emailing marketing.greece@wolt.com. Withdrawal renders the participation void. If withdrawal occurs after the participant has been declared a winner, the prize entitlement will also be void, and clause 14 will apply. Processing based on prior consent remains valid. **F. Data Retention Period:** Participants' data will be retained for 30 days following prize receipt or contest cancellation. Winners' data will be retained for one (1) year post-announcement. **G. Other Rights:** Participants retain the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability by emailing marketing.greece@wolt.com. Complaints about data processing may be filed with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Athens, Kifisias Avenue 1-3, 115 23, Tel: +30 210 6475600, email: complaints@dpa.gr). 18. **Explicit Declaration and Acceptance by Participants** All participants acknowledge, declare, and accept unconditionally that they authorize the Organizer to promote the contest, its results, and the winner’s name publicly (e.g., on the website, social media, public spaces, and internal presentations). The Organizer reserves the right to use and publish any news regarding the contest at any time, globally, without further consent or compensation. 19. **Publicity** The contest terms will be posted on the Organizer’s website www.wolt.com or mobile app. For inquiries or complaints, participants may email marketing.greece@wolt.com. 20. **Acceptance of Terms, Governing Law, Jurisdiction** By submitting a participation declaration, each participant confirms they have read and fully accept the contest terms. Participation constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms and waiver of related claims against the Organizer, except for those specified herein. Disputes arising from or related to the contest will be resolved amicably. In any case, the courts of Athens will have jurisdiction.
