Terms of Participation 1.Organizer Details. The anonymous company under the name "Wolt Technologies Hellas Food Delivery Services" and the distinctive title "Wolt", headquartered at Michalakopoulou 80, 11528, Athens, with VAT number 801047822, Tax Office FAEE ATHENS, contact email: marketing.greece@wolt.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer," organizes an online contest on its website www.wolt.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest"), according to the following terms and conditions of participation, which all parties agree are essential. 2.Contest Name, Prize & Duration Contest Name: Euro Contest by Coca - Cola Contest Prizes: 4 Apple iPad 9th Gen 64Gb WiFi 10.2Silve 2 Apple MacBook Air Retina MGN63GR Contest Start Date: 24/06/2024 Contest End Date: 14/07/2024 3.Participation Requirements. Users wishing to participate in the Contest must place an electronic order via the Organizer's website www.wolt.com or through the corresponding mobile application, for products (i.e., through debit/credit card, PayPal, etc.) from affiliated stores. Participation in the Contest requires acceptance of these terms, which must be expressed by stating the phrase "I accept the terms of the Contest and consent to the processing of my personal data" on the Organizer's website. 4.Eligible Participants. All users of the website www.wolt.com or the corresponding mobile application residing in Greece, who have reached the age of 14 and have full legal capacity, have the right to participate in the Contest. Persons incapable of acting, employees of the Organizer and its affiliated or related companies, as well as the spouses of all the above individuals and their blood or affinity relatives up to the second degree, are excluded. Any participation by the above persons in violation of these terms shall be deemed automatically void. The Organizer may request participants to present their identity cards and legal documents proving the validity of their participation according to the above terms, either collectively or individually, at any stage of the Contest. 5. Inadmissible Participation Applications. Participation applications submitted by individuals who are not eligible to participate or are prohibited from participating, as per par.2, will not be considered and will be excluded from the Contest as soon as determined by the Organizer. The Organizer may exclude any participant from the Contest at any stage who does not comply with these terms. 6. Participation Procedure. Users will participate in the Contest by placing orders through the website www.wolt.com or through the corresponding mobile application from affiliated stores, during the duration of the Contest. Each successfully completed order, which is placed, will correspond to one entry into the draw for the Prize. Users can place multiple orders, thereby gaining more entries into the draw. Participation is strictly personal and cannot be transferred or conducted through a representative. 7. Other Participation Terms. (a) By participating in the contest, which requires full and unconditional acceptance of these terms, users declare that they are over 14 years old and have full legal capacity. (b) Participation in the contest requires access to the internet using one's own technical means. The Organizer assumes no obligation regarding ensuring, assisting in internet access, or providing facilities to any interested party. Access to the contest's website is allowed only under the terms of operation of the respective server and must comply with the current terms. 8. Draw. Winners will be selected through an electronic draw, which will be conducted, in the presence of an Organizer representative, at Wolt, using a random selection email via electronic program, ensuring the randomness of winner selection and the impossibility of human intervention. During the draw, winners and two substitutes will be selected for cases where the main winners cannot be found or refuse to accept the Prize. 9. Prize. The Prize is personal, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. It cannot be assigned to relatives or third parties, nor can it be requested to be replaced with another prize or modified by the winner or redeemed for cash. 10. Responsibility for the Prize. The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, expenses, and costs that may arise from any legal or actual defects or lack of agreed properties of the prize or from delays in its delivery or any other cause related to the said prize. Once the prize is delivered intact to the recipient and the recipient signs the receipt, no claim can be made against the company regarding the prize. 11. Announcement of Drawing Results. A relevant email regarding the results of the draw will be sent by the Organizer to the winner's declared email. In case the winner does not confirm their interest in the Prize within 5 business days or their participation is canceled, a corresponding email will be sent to the first alternate winner in line. The Organizer bears no responsibility in case any of the details provided by the winner are incorrect or if the winner's email address and phone number are incorrect, thus the winner is not timely informed about the Prize. 12. Method of Prize Delivery. The prize will be sent to the address indicated to the Organizer by the winner, at the expense of the Organizer. The winner will receive the prize upon presenting their ID card or other public document proving their identity and age. 13. Organizer's Liability i. The Organizer bears no responsibility if users have provided false information regarding their age and participate in the contest. ii. The Organizer is relieved of the obligation to deliver prizes in cases where the terms of participation have not been met in any way. iii. The Organizer is not liable in the event that, for any technical reason, the progress of the contest through technical systems is temporarily impossible, as well as the reception and registration of the details of the participants. In any case, the liability of the Organizer shall be limited to acts or omissions of intent or gross negligence and in no case shall it extend to acts due to slight negligence, fortuitous events, or force majeure. iv. If any of the above deadlines elapse, the Prize is forfeited, and the Organizer may or may not allocate the Prize at its discretion, provided that it has fulfilled its obligations to the selected alternate winners, according to the above. Specifically, in the event that for any reason the winner does not respond or comply with any of the above terms, their right to claim the Prize is automatically forfeited. 14. Amendment of Terms / Cancellation of Competition: The Organizer reserves the right, unilaterally, without prior notice and at its discretion, to modify, revoke, extend, or shorten the duration of the competition, change the offered prize, as well as to modify the terms and dates of participation and/or to cancel the competition, by announcing the fact on the website www.wolt.com. In such cases, the Organizer bears no liability towards the participants and/or any third party. In the event that the competition is canceled, the participants - candidates acquire no rights against the Organizer, nor are they authorized or entitled to request the continuation of the competition or any compensation. 15. Promotion - Intellectual Property Rights: The Organizer reserves the right to engage in advertising exploitation of any event related to the competition, such as the awarding of the Prize, etc. For this purpose, the winners, automatically upon their participation in the Competition, expressly and unreservedly consent to the use of their email for the purposes of this Competition, as well as the use of any recordings or radio, television, or online broadcasts, and in general public announcements of their name and statements by the Organizer, and allow it to use them for one (1) year from the receipt of their prize, without prior consultation with them, without requiring any other consent from them (such as participation in this competition - draw), and without any financial or other claim or demand on their part. 16. Trademarks, etc.: Participants have neither acquired nor acquire any rights whatsoever to the trademarks, names, signs, advertising slogans, emblems, and other distinctive features of the Organizer. 17. Processing of Personal Data: A. Method of using personal data: The Organizer will process, to the extent necessary, the personal data provided by the participants in the competition for the conduct of the draw, communication with the participants and winners before, during, and after the competition, the delivery of the Prize to the winners, the confirmation of the age and identity of the participants and winners, as well as their compliance with the terms of the competition, and for the disclosure of the winners in the ways and means described in the terms of the competition. B. Categories of personal data to be processed by the Organizer: The Organizer will process the following personal data of the participants in the competition: Email, mobile phone, order history. In addition to the above, the Organizer will process the following personal data of the winners: Address, identification details. C. Persons who will have access to personal data: The personal data of the winner will be sent to cooperating courier companies to the extent required for the delivery of the prize. Also, the name of the winner will be disclosed as described in the terms. D. Legal basis of data processing: The processing of personal data is based on the consent of the competition participants, which is obtained when placing an order from the "Wolt Market" stores. The terms and conditions are detailed on the Organizer's website www.wolt.com or in the corresponding mobile application. The publication of the winners' details and any advertising activities involving the processing of winners' personal data are based on the legitimate interest of the Organizer to promote its activities through the competition. E. Right to withdraw consent: Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the competition at any time by sending an email to marketing.greece@wolt.com. In this case, the submitted entry to the competition will be automatically invalidated, and if the withdrawal is made after the announcement of a participant as a winner, the announcement will be automatically revoked, and the provisions of clause 14 regarding the Prize will apply accordingly. The legality of the processing based on consent given before its withdrawal is not affected. F. Retention period of personal data: The personal data of participants will be retained for 30 days from the receipt of the prize by the winner or from the final cancellation of the competition. The personal data of winners will be retained for a period of 1 year from the announcement of the winners. G. Other rights: Participants also have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of their personal data, object to the processing, and data portability, which they can exercise by sending an email to marketing.greece@wolt.com. Finally, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority located in Athens, 1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23, tel. 210 6475600, fax 210 6475628, email complaints@dpa.gr, if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the applicable national and regulatory framework for the protection of personal data. 18. Explicit Declaration / Participants' Acceptance: All participants acknowledge, declare, and expressly and unreservedly consent and authorize the Organizer to promote the competition, its results, including the announcement of the winner's name on the Internet (indicatively and not restrictively on the Organizer's website, etc.), and/or on social media (indicatively and not restrictively Facebook, Twitter, etc.), in public spaces (indicatively and not restrictively public events, etc.), on screens at sales points, and in internal presentations, for promotional and advertising purposes at any time, worldwide. The Organizer reserves the right to use and publish any news element related to the conduct and results of the Competition. 19. Publicity The terms of participation in this Competition will be posted on the website of the Organizer www.wolt.com or on the corresponding mobile application. For any information or complaint regarding the Competition, each participant or third party may send a relevant email to marketing.greece@wolt.com. 20. Acceptance of Terms - Applicable Law - Jurisdiction By submitting an entry to the Competition, each participant declares that they have read the terms of participation and fully accept them. Participation in the Competition constitutes unconditional acceptance of all the terms provided herein and entails the consequent waiver of any relevant claim or demand against the Organizer, except those arising from the published terms. This constitutes the overall agreement between the Organizer and the participant and binds only them. Any modification of these terms will not be considered or constitute part of this agreement unless it is formulated in writing and incorporated herein. In any case, participants may refer to these Terms to be informed of any possible modifications. Any dispute between the parties arising from or in connection with this Competition will be resolved amicably between the Organizer and the participants in accordance with good faith and business practices. In any case, the courts of Athens are designated as competent for the resolution of any such dispute.
