Wolt is a Helsinki based startup which was launched in 2014, and since then it's conquered 58 cities in 18 countries. Among them in 2018 Wolt started its journey in Budapest with our local team. We love great food and outstanding restaurants! We've chosen every restaurant personally, to provide the best selection for you. If you order through us, you can follow your food from the restaurant until it's on your table. The most important thing for us is excellent user experience. Therefore, our amazing Customer Support Team is available during the whole opening hours waiting for helping you! So if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask! Please find the answers for the most common questions below: What are our opening hours? We're open every day from 8 am, from that time you can order from the open restaurants. However, you can preorder if you wish anytime you want for delivery or for takeaway, as well. We usually close at midnight, but we are open until 3:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. So these are the times for the last orders. Our Customer Support Team is here to help you any time during the opening hours. How does our delivery system work, and how much does it cost? We work with our own courier partners who we've personally chosen, as well. If you order food with delivery, you can follow the entire process in our application from the beginning until you receive the food. You'll see from where the courier partner departed to pick up your food from the restaurant and the vehicle type, as well. You'll get an exact estimate of the delivery time. We only deliver in a 5 km range from the specific restaurants. The basic delivery fee is 599 HUF, it applies within a 1,5 km range. Except in certain zones e.g. South-Pest, Csepel, Újpalota, Újpest, Rákosmente, the XVIth district and certain parts of the IIIrd district where we deliver from 499 Ft. It applies in a 1 km range. As the distance grows, the delivery fee increases with it. If you'd like to minimize your delivery costs, there's an excellent solution for that, as well, just keep reading! 😉 Give to your friends, and you'll get even more! If you're satisfied with us and wish to give a great tip to your friends, then we reward you for it with a 1000 HUF worth of credit! If you share your referral code with your friends, who enter it in their profile, they will immediately receive a credit of 500 HUF to their balance, which they can use for home delivery on their first order. After they received their order, they’ll get 500 HUF in Wolt credits again, that can be used for their second purchase. As soon as their first order arrives, we will give you 500 HUF in credits, and then the credit worth HUF 500 will be given after your friend received the second order.
