Welcome to Iguana Bar & Grill, a Budapest institution since 1997. Iguana was founded by Americanos Cory Skolnik, Chris Fly and Mo Ortiz – three Colorado dudes who missed their Mexican food. Our menu represents the food we grew up with: Spicy Enchiladas, San Francisco-style Mission Burritos, crispy Chimichangas and Cory’s legendary Jalapeño Poppers and Jeno Quesadilla! We wanted a place where we could enjoy delicious Mexican-American food, drink cold beer and margaritas – and laugh with friends. We hope you will enjoy our restaurant and much as we still do. Salud!
