If so, let’s start with the fried chicken place where they don’t fool around with you but offer the freshest and crispiest batter. 🤔 Where does your passion for hospitality and the world of restaurants come from? ✨This is a simple question. I come from Orfű, the home of hospitality and tourism, so being part of the buzz and making connections on the go was an obvious routine from the beginning. 🤔 How and when was the idea of the Crazy Chicken born? ✨The idea is not mine. My sister and her boyfriend started going to a gym, and after class they would have had a quick lunch somewhere healthy with tastier food, but they didn’t have a chance. They told me that I should make chicken great again. I loved this idea from the first minute. 🤔 How long have the restaurants been open? What was here in the building before Crazy Chicken? ✨We opened the Crazy Chicken restaurant in June 2017 in a very small store not so far from here, and then we moved here to where we are now. In front of us was a technical repair company, so it needed full renovation. 🤔 What is the greatest milestone in the history of the restaurant? ✨There were many, we made progress fast. Our moving to a larger store in January 2019, directly to the Rókus promenade, and it was also an important moment when we started the delivery, not much later. 🤔 What makes Crazy Chicken special for the customers? ✨My beloved team! I’m a very lucky guy to be surrounded by such cohesive and hardworking people. Thanks to the chef, Dönci, for being enthusiastic from the start. 🤔 How would your regular customers describe Crazy Chicken in 5 words? ✨Fresh, crispy, delicious, happy. 🤔 How could the walk-in guests and Wolt guests fit together, what are the experiences? ✨The basic experience is that we could do with a much larger dining area but doing our best to not make it apparent . 🤔 What do you like about being a Wolt Partner? ✨I like to get on well with you and that the guests come first for you, too. 🤔 Which 3 dishes do you recommend? ✨I can recommend the crazy menu first because of the colorful taste. Then the chicken breast Nuggets (the most popular), besides one of our home dips, the buffalo tartar. 🤔 Do you have any dishes that you have had on the menu since the opening, so to speak, untouched? ✨Almost all of them. We didn’t have the heart to replace any. 🤔 Are you planning to include more poultry in the menu? Or is there any other innovation taking place? ✨We are sticking to chicken, otherwise all I can tell you is we are over a big power generation and yes, from here on we’ll be braver to innovate. 🤔 Which courses are the customers' favorites? What is the success of the dishes? ✨These dishes, which I recommended above, but it’s hard to choose because they love everything. Success lies in freshness, constant quality and attention. 🤔 Are you planning to open more restaurants? ✨That made me smile. :) Maybe yes or no, who knows, me neither. 🤔 If you could open a restaurant anywhere in the world, where and what style would it be? ✨I’d stay where I am, with the most important cuisine for me.
