When you are missing a few ingredients for the lunch or you are out of wine for dinner. 🍷 When you are unable to go to the shop or when it is simply a more comfortable way of shopping. Not to mention that you don’t have to carry the heavy shopping bags this way. 🛍️ How is this different from ordering from the hypermarkets or webshops? You don’t have to wait for days or weeks for the products, as you can have them delivered within half an hour.⏰ How much does the delivery cost? It works the same way as the meal delivery from restaurants, which means that the base delivery price is 249 Ft, and it may increase depending on the distance.🚙 From what time will I be able to order? We open deliveries at 9 am, and at the same time, our Customer Service Team is also available from 9 am, so that you will be able to get anything for your lunch as well easily. 🕰️ What ‘item substitutions’ means? If you order a product / food that is currently out of stock, we will automatically offer you a similar product (e.g. another lactose-free milk instead of your favorite lactose-free milk). And you can decide if you want to try the product on offer or rather wait until your favorite is available again. 🍩 What if the price of the new product does not match the product you originally chose? Of course, if the substitution product is more expensive, you will receive it at no extra charge, and if it is cheaper, we will refund the difference immediately. 🍬 How exactly does it work? Select the products, add them to your cart. When you have made your purchase, go to the payment page. Below the list of items you have ordered, you will find a feature called “Substitution Preferences”. If you click here, you can select for each item which products you would like to accept the substitution product for if the store is still unable to ship the one of your choice. 🍪 Don’t want a substitution? No problem, you can simply decline the option before completing your order. Although the substitution product is different from the original, we try to offer the closest possible alternative in quality. This way you can even try new things. 💙📲
