What is Wolt? Wolt is a home delivery service that connects hungry customers, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, and independent couriers. You simply create an account in the app or on the web, choose what you want and have the order sent home, quickly and safely. You receive information about the status of the order in real time, and see the location of the courier at all stages of the order. When does Wolt go live in Iceland? We are finally live! 🚀 Now you can find your favorites and get them delivered to your door. 🇮🇸 Why Iceland? Wolt offers users in 23 European countries efficient home deliveries of everything between heaven and earth, with very good results, and we are sure that the same applies to Iceland. Wolt operates in much smaller and less populated cities than Reykjavík, so we are confident that we can offer a high-quality service here. Our experience on islands is also extremely good, where the interaction between locals and tourists plays a big part in the efficiency of the service. Opening Wolt in Iceland has been a long time coming, and we can't wait to get started! How much does the home delivery cost? The minimum delivery fee is 499kr and the maximum delivery fee is 1249kr. The home delivery charge takes into account the distance the courier has to travel from the order location to you. Which areas of Iceland will Wolt service? We currently cover all of Reykjavík, Kópavogur, Garðabær, Seltjarnarnes, Hafnarfjörður and now Mosfellsbær! We are actively updating our delivery area, so your neighbourhood is coming soon 🤩 How do I become a Wolt courier? We are currently accepting applications and encourage everyone to apply!
