Brand Vín & Grill is a grill and wine bar that uses a Japanese Robata charcoal grill that reaches up to 800°C and gives the food a unique charcoal-grill flavor. The owners are the professionals Hafsteinn Ólafsson and Ólöf Vala Ólafsdóttir. Hafsteinn has had a successful career in competition cooking and won, among other things, two gold and silver medals at the Olympic Games and World Games in cooking with the national team of chefs in Iceland.
