"The Little Sister" from Bucke Café was born out of a vision to offer healthy food based on local Israeli produce and exotic superfoods from around the world. We gave it the name "Hamaniya" - "Sunflower" inspired by Grandpa Bucke who was a farmer in her days and developed different varieties of sunflowers. With a great passion for nutritious and healthy food, the agricultural approach is well expressed in the place, down to the botanical atmosphere that is present around the tables. In an exciting and unusual way, the "Sunflower" came into the world, a neighborhood cafe, offering a menu that combines organic raw materials, with a connection to nature, high-frequency food and the use of "super foods". All of these are wrapped in a homely and warm atmosphere and a carefully selected team. The staff is actually a secret and significant element in the cafe. We managed to gather quality people who are endowed with high human relations and are the beating heart of the place
