Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favourite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their food up or have it delivered by our courier partners.
However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail.
At Wolt, the Retail Marketing Associate is a confidant of the Retail Marketing Manager and part of our local marketing team. You'll be an invaluable asset in our day-to-day operation, working across our CRM channels. Your days will be varied but typical tasks will include managing CRM, email marketing and user campaigns. In addition to that, you’ll assist in managing tactical retail marketing campaigns, develop and create marketing materials for Retail needs, create content for our CRM campaigns and manage other interesting and ambitious projects.
The ideal applicant has experience with project management. You're social, outgoing and have a strong desire to establish new relationships as well as to develop and nurture existing partnerships. You might have been working for a year or two but you might as well be fresh out of university with some part-time experience. Your actual educational background is secondary, your personality, mindset and dedication is more important.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with our internal retail teams to ensure that we drive our partnerships forward.
- Assist in developing and managing tactical retail marketing activations.
- Manage visual assets’ creation for Retail marketing campaigns.
- Manage CRM, email marketing and user campaigns.
- Create content for our newsletters, in-app communication and performance marketing ads.
- Develop and create marketing materials for Retail needs.
- Help out with marketing campaigns for retail partners.
- Assist in everyday ad-hoc tasks, such as admin.

- You speak one of the Baltic languages and are fluent in English.

The salary for this position is in the range €1400-1500 EUR / month gross.
