Wolt has been growing rapidly in Poland ever since we entered the market in 2018 and we’re showing no signs of slowing down. We are now operating in multiple cities with more to come! We’re now looking for a motivated Marketing Manager who can lead the marketing strategy and team in Poland and take our marketing efforts to the next level! 

As a Marketing Manager you'll be responsible for leading the local marketing team that is in charge of planning and executing Wolt’s customer, restaurant & courier marketing in Poland. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that we optimize our marketing budget and get the most ‘bang for our buck’. 

This involves creating campaigns that span multiple channels and boosts both Wolt’s profile and market share in Poland. You’ll be expected to then build strong relationships with partner brands, influencers and the local media and thus need to know how and when to link impactful messages across digital, OOH and press, and then how to utilize your resources effectively.  

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for the creation and implementation of the local marketing strategy 
  • Defining marketing targets, forecasting, brand strategy and long-term planning
  • Defining performance KPIs that aim to maximise efficiency of marketing spend 
  • Local planning of campaigns and activities, timelines, channel allocation and execution
  • Brand awareness building
  • Funnel analysis, conversion tracking, cohort performance analyses, customer surveys
  • Planning, forecasting, executing and evaluating partnership deals including sponsorships and events 
  • Developing tactics and playbooks across different channels such as CRM, partnership, social & influencer marketing
  • Working with leadership to grow the business

Our humble expectations

  • Extensive experience in managing a high-performing marketing team and taking the strategic planning lead
  • Experience of owning marketing P&L, forecasting, financial planning and budget allocation and strong leadership skills
  • A background of e-commerce, digital marketing, apps or hospitality
  • Analytical approach when using data to design, develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Tech savvy and experienced with online analytic tools (e.g. google analytics)
  • Prior experience in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on achieving targets and getting things done
  • Strong creative writing skills and understand the appropriate tone of voice for various audiences
  • Native in Polish and fluent in English
