Role Background

Our journey within Israel started in the fall of 2018. Since then, we’ve launched in more than 15 cities and Israel has become one of Wolts’ fastest-growing countries ‘Woltwide'.

As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking to build a customer experience outside of Tel Aviv, and looking for a Customer Support Leader to build, lead and nourish our new location in Jerusalem! So, we are looking for someone with senior’s skills and junior’s enthusiasm.

Our Customer Service is a strong reflection of our brand and we are truly obsessed with the experience we provide to our customers and partners. Your key focus will be to manage our local CS teams and build the operation to reflect the unique Wolt -Spirit! 

What you will be doing

  • Driving performance: You will be a driving force to ensure we are providing our customers and partners with the best Customer Service. Using your analytical mindset and people skills, you will set the route for excellence!.

  • You will manage the site as a P&L unit, manage recruitment, productivity, efficiency and of course all day to day challenges.

  • Represent Wolt’s values and build a strong team spirit, focused on coaching, recognition and team development.

  • Problem-solving: You will be both proactive and reactive with resolving problems as they occur. You will influence a solution-oriented mindset and ensure we are always implementing best practices and ways of working. 

  • Scale smart as we grow our teams internally.

  • You will be in charge of the operational side starting with logistics, service providers, IT issues, and office infrastructure.

  • You have solid experience in leading Customer Support teams in a fast-paced environment. You are excited by new challenges, a true leader, and born to drive change.

  • You are curious, committed and enjoy taking on full ownership. Therefore, you will naturally take the lead and orchestrate the relevant projects, together with the rest of Wolt, to meet our KPIs and improve the offering we have for our customers.

  • Complementary to your social skills, you are very structured and “on top” of things and you have experience with project management.

  • You are very analytical and make data based decisions, always have scalability and growth in mind.

  • Experience as a Project manager - an advantage! 

  • You are a true foodie with a constant hunger to learn and do things better.

  • You are fluent in Hebrew and English.
