Data Analyst, Growth & Marketing
The Growth team is all about driving… You guessed it, growth. The team does this both by making changes to our consumer facing applications (iOS, Android and Web) and by building tools for our local and central marketing teams. Development within the team moves with a fast pace, is very iterative, involves a lot of testing out new things and finding new ways to engage our customers.
As a Data Analyst of Growth & Marketing, you will work in a cross-functional team of product lead, engineers and designers. Your role is critical in identifying new areas of growth, designing randomised controlled experiments, designing data collection from our apps and wolt.com, verifying that data gets produced as planned, analysing experiments and interpreting and communicating the results.

Our humble expectations
To excel in those aforementioned tasks we expect you to have experience working with mobile app and/or website data, have an excellent command of SQL and you know your statistics well enough to recognise true customers behavior signals from noise. We also appreciate python/R skills in exploring our datasets.
The compensation will be a negotiable combination of monthly pay and Wolt stock options. The latter make it exceptionally easy to be excited about our company growing and doing well, as you'll own a piece of the pie.
