We are seeking a UX Researcher to be part of our Product design team.You’ll partner with various product teams to help inspire, design, and build the products that fuel Wolt’s mission to make it incredibly easy to get just about anything delivered to your home or office.
This is the first dedicated UX Research role at Wolt as research has previously been conducted solely by designers. You’ll be a thinker and a doer, a trailblazer in planning and fleshing out UX Research processes and methods that’ll influence product strategy, roadmaps, and the detailed design of new experiences. You’ll be part of a product design team that is full of talented people who can support you in getting started.
As a UX researcher you will help our product teams internalize their end-user’s experience, whether the user is an end consumer, a courier or merchant partner, or someone at Wolt. In this role you research personas and investigate end-user needs, motivations and behaviors. You’ll work closely with product teams to identify research topic, manage and conduct user research and ensure the product development process is informed by user insights. Your research will generate insights that fuel both ideation and evaluation of designs. You’ll support with designers, developers and product leads across different teams in incorporating the insights towards building delightful yet crazy simple product experiences.
In your role you’ll be championing a customer-centric product development process that seeks out and integrates insights from user research into product development. You’ll help our product teams understand how to best incorporate research and it’s findings into their work flows. You’ll inspire change at all stages of product development by delivering compelling findings and influencing the team with an informed point of view.
Our humble expectations
We are looking at someone who has a background as a UX researcher (or similar) role with solid hands-on experience with a variety of qualitative and quantitative user-centered research methodologies (e.g. foundational research, user interviews, usability testing, surveys). It’s a plus if you’ve worked with consumer services. You are experienced in integrating UX research as part of the product development process. You excel in turning the research into impactful insights that support decision making and present your findings in a clear and understandable way to various audiences. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while simultaneously conducting end to end research reflective of industry and established best practices. Building products is a team sport, so we are looking for great interpersonal skills. Last but least you are curious and strive for constant learning and growth.

The compensation will be a negotiable combination of monthly pay and Wolt stock options. The latter make it exceptionally easy to be excited about our company growing and doing well, as you'll own a piece of the pie.
