Head of User Incentives

Role Background

Our Central Marketing team has focused heavily on building world-class performance marketing expertise, and have worked on defining how to best continue developing ourselves to ensure that we are facilitating fast-growth across our new and existing markets. And now we are searching for a Head of User Incentives to take ownership of our eight-figure user incentives budget Woltwide.
As the Head of User incentives, you will own the strategy and drive the execution of credits, free deliveries and specials/deals. Incentives are a significant part of our marketing investment and can be in the form of specific marketing campaigns, our referral program, restaurant promotions and the like. So we are looking for a new analytical colleague to join us and lead the way to ensure efficient marketing investments.
What you’ll be doing
Mapping and maintaining the understanding of interlinkages between different types of incentives, such as user credits, free deliveries and specials
Defining Woltwide incentive usage strategies and adapting them to country specific needs
Forecasting and long-term planning of incentive investments and their impact to the P&L
Developing and maintaining the understanding of how to optimize incentives based on competitor actions and campaigns
Ensuring the implementation of the incentive strategies in the markets
Defining incentive usage targets and performance KPIs to maximise efficiency
Coordinating with other teams to optimize the way incentives should be communicated within marketing
Our humble expectations
5+ years of analytical work within similar industries, with pricing and incentives experience as a bonus
A background of e-commerce, digital marketing or apps is preferred
Experience in forecasting, financial planning & budget allocation
Analytical approach when using data to design, develop and execute incentives strategies
Tech savvy and experienced with online analytic tools
Ability to really own a project, work independently and ask for guidance when needed
Prior experience in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on achieving targets and getting things done
Fluent in English
