And now we are searching for our first Head of Affiliate Marketing to join our new Affiliate team where your primary goal will be to take our affiliate strategies to a whole new level. 

As a Head of Affiliate Marketing at Wolt, you will be able to drive global campaigns and scale the growth through existing and new partners. You will have autonomy to manage partners, bring ideas and share successes with our senior stakeholders.

Being a member of the HQ marketing team, you will be responsible for creating a bridge between the central and local marketing teams to combine local insights to central coordination. You will oversee campaign localization and handle publisher sourcing to build a comprehensive network in each country. 

Being the first in the Affiliate team, you will also have a great opportunity to add value by bringing new ideas and initiatives on how we tailor our ways of working for Wolt globally.

What you'll be doing

  • Be responsible for building up and scaling our relationships with new and existing affiliate partners into long-term successfully acquisition channels

  • Design, research, partner with, procure and manage global and local affiliate networks and partners across 20+ markets

  • Working closely with Data & Engineer team to build the ultimate automation of affiliate marketing processes along the proper attribution & tracking

  • Analyze data to monitor performance, traffic quality (ROI, fraud rate) and identify marketing growth opportunities

  • Manage stakeholder interests and provide ongoing feedback / reporting analysis

  • Work closely with other members of the Marketing team across all regions; Finland and International to identify areas of growth

  • Implement & Troubleshoot attribution/ tracking issues

  • Long term vision to reinforce our data-driven affiliate strategy & build hybrid model for Wolt with both collaborating with strong global partners as well as our own affiliate scheme in different regions.

Our humble expectations

  • A proven track record in building and scaling affiliate marketing across multiple countries.

  • Great negotiation skills, excellent relationship-building skills as well as experience in managing large scale campaigns.

  • 3+ years of relevant affiliate experience.

  • Analytical thinking and technology affinity are your strengths.

  • You are a team player and like to work with different stakeholders from different departments.

  • You already possess some knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics.

  • Solid experience working with web tracking & mobile attribution.

  • Strong conceptual understanding of tracking technologies commonly used in affiliate marketing. Programming skills are not required but considered a plus.

  • A passionate and organized self-starter, who doesn’t accept the status quo, but always seeks to improve and automate workflows in order to increase performance. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - any other language is a plus.
