Restaurant Development Manager

Wolt launched in Israel over 2 years ago and has quickly grown to be a leading and known food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners.
As part of our expansion into new cities, we’re looking for a locally based (Jerusalem Area) Restaurant Development Manager to provide world-class account management and support to the restaurant partners. This will be a hands on job, working with the local restaurant owners as well as the national franchises we all know and love!
What you'll be doing
Driving and managing growth of our current venues by improving venue performance by strong analysis and frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
Onboarding new restaurants from start to finish onto the platform
Responsible for the overall restaurant relationship post-onboarding.
Key communicator between our operations and restaurant partners.
Working closely together with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns together with restaurant partners.
Analysing the local market on an ongoing basis.

Local experience (Jerusalem) with the restaurant industry / community
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
Experience from working with data with the ability to use it to strengthen our partnerships.
Structured, detailed and service-oriented.
High ownership and ambition to go beyond the obvious.
Passion for food and developing the best restaurants in town.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
