Role background

Wolt is an Apple-awarded, Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app and website, customers can order their favorite meals or items from our restaurant- and retail partners, and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners. Just three years ago, Wolt operated in four countries and 10 cities across the Nordics. Fast forward to today, we’re in 23 countries and over 210 cities across EMEA. 

Wolt has been growing rapidly in Sweden ever since we entered the market in 2016 and we're now searching for a Marketing Associate to help us unlock the full potential of our CRM channels.

At Wolt, the Marketing Associate is a confidant of the Marketing Manager and part of our local marketing team. You'll be an invaluable asset in our day-to-day operation, working across our CRM channels to make sure that our partners, our content, and our communication reach as many customers as possible and gets the attention it deserves. Your days will be varied but typical tasks will include but not be limited to, CRM production & distribution, analyzing and optimizing the channels to ensure performance improvements, perform A/B testing, create and localize marketing materials and texts

The ideal applicant is structured, goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to always improve and develop. You’re used to analyzing and following up on results and always looking to optimize results. Furthermore, you’re excellent in writing and have worked with CRM systems such as Iterable, Braze or similar softwares before. You might have worked for a year or two but you could just as well be fresh out of university. Your actual educational background is secondary, your personality, mindset, and dedication are more important.

What you will be doing

  • Work closely with colleagues within the marketing department to ensure that our activities get the best possible visibility
  • Manage CRM send-outs and write copy, both from scratch and based on other texts
  • Optimize the performance of our CRM channels
  • Analyze the outcome of our activities in the different CRM channels
  • Implement CRM best practices for other parts of the organization
  • Manage updates of our app and web
  • Create and localize marketing materials
  • Assist in everyday ad-hoc tasks.

Our humble expectations

  • You’re hands-on, goal-oriented, and eager to learn new things
  • You are proactive and have a structured way of working
  • You have analytical skills and are used to following up on results
  • You are well versed in both written and verbal communication
  • You are known for being a person who brings good energy to the team
  • You’re fluent in Swedish and English
  • You have experience with CRM systems such as Iterable,  Braze or similar systems
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
  • Knowledge in HTML and/or CSS is a plus
  • Interest from the food- and/or retail industry is a plus
