On our mobile app and website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners. Just a few years ago, Wolt operated in 4 countries and 10 cities across the Nordics. Fast forward to today, we’re in 23 countries and over 120 cities across EMEA, servicing over 10M registered users.
Wolt has been growing rapidly in Denmark ever since we entered the market in 2017 and we're now searching for a Marketing Manager to join our brand new position. In this role, you will tackle the challenge of meeting the enormous demand from the consumers by securing the optimal amount of available courier partners in close collaboration with the Operations Team and other internal and external stakeholders.
You will report directly to the Head of Marketing but you will to a high extent work very independently on optimizing digital channels, exploring new channels of acquisition, and coordinating all user acquisition campaigns together with our global in-house performance marketing team. You will be responsible for your own sizable budget and you will develop, execute and evaluate campaigns together with our agency, so stakeholder and project management is important.
The ideal applicant can translate insights into actions, manage multiple stakeholders and targets while owning the budgets. As things move fast around here, we value around 3-5 years of experience working with user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth hacking, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table. You’re analytical, cooperative, and not afraid of getting your hands dirty working in a startup environment.
This is a brand new role for us, hence there is a lot to be built and shaped from scratch. You will have a direct impact in giving thousands of people a chance to be their own boss and earn money in a flexible manner, and shaping the perception of what it means to work within a platform economy in the future. We are operating in a very competitive landscape, hence there is always something to optimize and tweak to stay ahead of the game!
What You'll Be Doing
Utilize all channels to acquire new applicants for Wolt Courier Partner.
Developing the strategy to reach targets forecasted by the Operations Team and collaborating closely to unlock new opportunities from insights.
Work with our Global Performance Marketing Team to analyze campaign performance and align on assets and budgets.
Expand the media mix beyond digital to improve and balance the amount of applicants.
Manage large budgets for both Courier Partner applications and User Acquisition.
Execute campaigns and find potential relevant partners.
Develop and coordinate campaigns together with our creative agency.
Coordinate all user acquisition campaigns with the Global Performance Marketing Team.
Managing stakeholders and having a holistic view of the business - you will work with various different stakeholders internally and externally to bring different campaigns to life.
Test, measure and analyse different campaigns to ensure the highest ROI.
Our humble expectations
You have proven experience in performance marketing, user acquisition or other data-driven marketing with clear and ambitious targets. Ideally you have worked with high volume b2c user acquisition in the past.
You can formulate creative strategies based on data and insights and execute on them.
You excel in stakeholder and project management and can keep a structured mindset while handling many projects while also working independently.
You have an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach.
You can maintain a holistic view of the business and can approach a problem from many angles and figure out creative solutions, as you are met with new challenges.
You have an agile mindset and feel comfortable to work in a setting where there is not a clear blueprint to follow from the start.
You are known for being a person who brings good energy to the team.
Previous exposure to event management or similar is a bonus.
You are fluent in Danish and English.
