Our journey in Hungary started three years ago with a few people in a small office in Budapest. Fast-forward to today and we have a team of 150 people in a new office at Loffice with great views!
This growth has been achieved due to the incredible drive of our amazing team - these guys are motivated to grow even more and as such, we’re looking for like-minded people to help us achieve our next goals and to lead the charge in signing up new restaurant partners to the Wolt platform. You’ll be at the heart of building pipelines in both existing and new cities, and will be a key figure in driving Wolt’s success in Hungary.
We’re therefore looking for a natural ‘hunter’ profile - someone that thrives on scoping new markets, planning the best way to create opportunities, and then setting about opening those doors. :) You must be a real go-getter, but someone that operates diligently and professionally.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying potential partnerships and contacting businesses that are a great fit for Wolt.
- Building relationships with the identified businesses.
- Conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms.
- Finalising delivery menus with the venue manager.
- Responsible for client relationships until post sale.
- Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships.
- Understanding venue performance in order to set profitable business terms.
- Making sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data.
Our humble expectations
- Demonstrable experience of being successful within a sales position.
- A natural ‘hunter’ with excellent communication and networking skills.
- A real foodie with good knowledge of the local restaurant scene.
- Experience from within the hospitality industry - especially restaurants - is a plus.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English.
